CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are allowed with no penalty up to 6 hours advanced notice. Any cancellations less than 6 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any no call/no shows may be charged 50% for an equipment service, and 100% for a Massage service. These policies will be strictly enforced to protect our business, and therapists. Please plan ahead, respect our time, and mark calendars accordingly.
