Micah Schaefer

Micah is a 12 year experienced Sports Massage Therapist, with a degree in Exercise Science, and certifications in Cupping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Active Release Technique, and Sports Massage. He specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Range of Motion bodywork, while also customizing the session to every individual client’s needs. As the owner and founder of Hyperformance, he strives to help every client feel better, help them better understand their specific issues, and what treatments can best benefit them. Micah is married to his beautiful wife Holly. They have four kids, and are proud homeschoolers.

Zoé Lindsley

Zoé has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2021 and joined the Hyperformance team in April 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Massage Therapy and later went on to complete her Master of Public Health at Indiana State University. With over three years of experience working with athletes, Zoé specializes in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Swedish techniques. Her favorite service to provide is cupping, which she finds especially effective in enhancing recovery and overall performance. When she’s not helping clients move and feel their best, Zoé enjoys working out, geeking out over all things Marvel, and spending time with her dog, Khaleesi.
